We stayed at the beautiful Lascelles for 4 nights as a family of 6 adults and 1 infant for our son’s wedding. There was everything we needed and plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The garden was beautiful for some pre wedding photos. There were basics in the kitchen like glad wrap, foil, coffee, tea, milk, oil, salt and pepper, paper towels. We found the fridge to be on the small side, a d didn’t have an esky, but managed! Eve always responded promptly when I had a few questions, and also allowed us to check in slightly early. If we ever need to go back to Ballarat, we will definitely book there again. Thank you for having us.
Loved the place. Great spot to pop away in Ballarat. Very central so it was easy to leave the car at home and walk to all the different local spots. Place had everything we needed. Beds were soo comfy and the shower had an amazing rainfall and right temperature. We stayed in and cooked one of the night which we could use the kitchen properly. We brought our lil 4-legged friend with us and was easy to walk around the neighbourhood and she slept in the living room which was big enough for everyone. Overall had the best stay and worth visiting. We’ll be back indeed !!
We were a family group of 10, and the house fitted us perfectly. The bedrooms were large and beautiful - beds really comfy. The living room was also large and very comfortable for us all in the evening. And the kitchen/outdoor/eating area were fantastic. The house is positioned down a beautiful , quiet street, but really close to amenities. We loved our stay and are definitely keen to return.
A lovely, historic stay. The property was cosy, and perfect for a winter escape. Very central to town! Would absolutely recommend.
Fantastic accomodation. I had a really enjoyable stay here with my family. Great location, central to many things in Ballarat like the shops, Lake Wendouree and Sovereign Hill. Walking distance to lots of cafes which is handy. The house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house! Thanks for a memorable break

Lascelles was the perfect accommodation for our group of 6 sisters. Well positioned, close to eateries, hospital, cathedral, couple blocks to main shopping and lake. The house was spotless, with everything we needed. Great cooking facilities, comfortable beds and bedding and a lovely sunroom and outdoor area. Ancient staircase a little creaky 🥰
Very large house, perfect for a family get-together at Christmas. Well equipped kitchen. Very close to shops and restaurants.
